Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Having managed flagship properties for Aman Resorts, including the iconic Amankila, and Four Seasons Sayan, he possesses an innate understanding of the expectations of the world’s most discerning travelers. Budi’s “Aman DNA” is infused into our service culture: an obsessive attention to detail, an intuitive grasp of guest needs, and a belief that true luxury lies in flawless, personalized execution. Dewi Lestari

Director of Operations

Dewi is the logistical heart of our operations. With a distinguished 15-year career at Angkasa Pura I, the state-owned company managing many of Indonesia’s major airports, she has an unparalleled, first-hand understanding of airport protocols, security procedures, and airside operations at Ngurah Rai. Having served as a Terminal Operations Manager, Dewi maintains active, high-level relationships with key personnel across Immigration, Customs, and Quarantine. This insider access is invaluable, allowing us to navigate bureaucratic hurdles that would stall others. During the 2022 G20 Summit, Dewi’s direct coordination with airport authorities enabled us to manage the simultaneous arrival of three separate private delegations within a 45-minute window, a feat of logistical precision that bypassed standard channels entirely and ensured absolute security on the tarmac.

I Wayan Suputra

Head of Bali Operations & Concierge

A native of Bali, Wayan embodies the spirit of Indonesian hospitality. His network across the island is extensive and authentic, built on years of trust and mutual respect. Before joining our team, Wayan managed guest experiences at Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, where he curated bespoke itineraries for an elite clientele. His expertise goes far beyond simple bookings; he arranges experiences like private sunrise blessings at Tirta Empul temple before public hours, secures last-minute reservations at sold-out venues like Metis, and coordinates complex logistics such as helicopter transfers from the airport to private estates in Uluwatu, a journey of just 18 minutes by air versus over an hour by road during peak traffic. Wayan ensures the Bali Protocol Service experience extends beyond the airport, providing a continuous thread of exceptional care throughout your stay.

Capt. (Ret.) Agung Nugroho

Head of Security & Logistics

Agung is responsible for the safety and security of our clients and assets. A retired Captain from the elite Paspampres (Presidential Security Force of Indonesia), he is an expert in dignitary protection, risk assessment, and secure transportation logistics. He designs and implements our security protocols, which are based on the same rigorous standards used to protect heads of state. Agung personally vets and trains our security personnel and close protection officers. He manages our fleet of high-end vehicles, including armored Toyota Land Cruisers and Mercedes-Benz V-Class vans, ensuring they are maintained to a standard far exceeding local requirements. For every client, he conducts an advance route analysis, planning primary and secondary routes from the airport to destinations like Nusa Dua or Seminyak, accounting for real-time traffic and potential security chokepoints.

Siti Aminah

Client Relations Manager

Siti is the primary point of contact for our most valued clients, including family offices, corporate travel managers, and diplomatic missions. Her background in international relations and her experience working with luxury brands like Cartier give her a unique ability to understand and anticipate the nuanced needs of each client. For a family office, she coordinates multi-generational arrivals with varying flight schedules and specific needs for infants or elderly passengers. For a corporate client, she ensures punctuality, detailed invoicing, and adherence to travel policies. For a diplomatic mission, she understands the strict protocols regarding flag etiquette and motorcade precedence. Siti acts as a dedicated account manager, building long-term relationships based on trust, responsiveness, and a deep understanding of her clients’ unique preferences and requirements.
